In the film The Lion King 3D 2019, the young lion prince Simba is manipulated by his uncle Scar into believing he caused his father Mufasa's death. Exiled and guilt-ridden, Simba finds refuge with Timon and Pumbaa. Years later, his childhood friend Nala and the wise baboon Rafiki find him, urging him to return to the Pride Lands, now a barren wasteland under Scar's cruel rule. Simba must confront his past, challenge Scar, and reclaim his rightful place as king to restore the circle of life, guided by the wisdom that his father lives on in him.
