Petes Dragon 3D 2016 follows a young orphan boy named Pete who has lived alone in the forest for six years. He survives with the help of a giant green dragon named Elliot who can turn invisible. Forest ranger Grace Meacham whose father once told stories about dragons encounters Pete during a search. She tries to help Pete return to civilization while local loggers attempt to capture Elliot. Pete must protect his only friend while Grace learns the dragons existence is real. This live action film retells the 1977 original.
