In the film Flying Swords of Dragon Gate 3D 2011, during a rare cosmic storm, treasure hunters, assassins, and imperial agents converge on the remote Dragon Gate Inn. Among them are a mysterious swordsman, a fugitive palace maid, and a vengeful general. They all seek a legendary city of gold, said to be revealed by the storm. The inn becomes a deadly battleground of shifting alliances and personal vendettas.
