In the film Hercules 3D 2014, the legendary hero, haunted by his past, leads a band of mercenaries for gold. He is hired by the King of Thrace to train his army to defeat a savage warlord. Hercules uses his mythic reputation and strategic mind to forge the Thracians into a formidable force. Upon victory, he discovers the king is the true tyrant, planning to conquer all of Greece. Betrayed, Hercules and his companions must use the very army they trained to turn against their former employer and fight for the freedom of the people.
