In the film Noah 3D 2014, the patriarch Noah experiences apocalyptic visions from the Creator. Interpreting them as a divine warning of a coming flood to cleanse a corrupted world, he embarks on the monumental task of building a massive ark to save his family and the innocent animals. His mission is challenged by both the relentless, desperate armies of the fallen King Tubal-cain, who seek to seize the ark, and by a profound crisis of faith within his own family regarding who is truly worthy of salvation as the catastrophic rains begin to fall.
