StarDog and TurboCat 3D 2019. In 1969 Buddy the dog launches into space with his scientist owner. The capsule crashes in present-day small town. Police officer Peck hunts animals. Buddy wants to find his owner. He meets Felix, a wealthy inventor cat. Felix wears a high-tech suit. They join Cassidy the rabbit and her animal rights group GUARD. Buddy discovers Felix created technology to fight crime. Peck captures them. Buddy gains superpowers from his capsule's energy. They escape. Buddy confronts Peck. The animals win. Felix becomes TurboCat. They find Buddy's owner.
