A Christmas Carol 3D 2009. Ebenezer Scrooge is a miserly old man who despises Christmas. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by the ghost of his former partner, Jacob Marley, who warns him of the consequences of his selfish ways. Marley tells Scrooge he will be visited by three spirits. The Ghost of Christmas Past shows him scenes from his own past, reminding him of the joyful person he once was. The Ghost of Christmas Present reveals the happiness of others celebrating Christmas, including his impoverished employee Bob Cratchit and his family. The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come shows a bleak future where Scrooge dies alone and unloved. Frightened and remorseful, Scrooge begs for a chance to change. He wakes on Christmas morning with newfound joy and generosity, helping the Cratchit family and spreading kindness. Through his transformation, he learns the true meaning of Christmas: love, compassion, and generosity toward others. The 3D format brings the ghostly visits and Victorian setting to life.
