The Monkey King 2 3D 2016. An old monk living in a cave tells two children the story of the Monkey King, also known as Sun Wukong. He keeps many scrolls about a once wonderful world where humans, gods, and other creatures lived together. Demons started an uprising against the gods. The gods won and imprisoned the demons inside a fiery mountain. A goddess named Nua created the Gates of Heaven from shards to protect the world from dark forces. One shard gave birth to an intelligent monkey who took on the mission of a protector. After many adventures, Sun Wukong became the Monkey King. Many more battles and adventures await him.
