World War Z 3D 2013. Gerry Lane is a former United Nations investigator. He retired to spend time with his family. A zombie outbreak erupts in Philadelphia. Gerry escapes with his wife and daughters. He agrees to help find the outbreak's origin in exchange for family safety. Gerry travels to South Korea, Israel, and Wales. He observes zombie behavior. Infected ignore the terminally ill. Gerry deduces they avoid hosts with fatal diseases. He injects himself with a pathogen. Zombies pass him by. Scientists develop a camouflage vaccine. Gerry returns to his family. Humanity begins fighting back.
