Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 3D 2013 Inventor Flint Lockwood and his friends return to the island where food animals now roam. Giant tacos, pickles, watermelons, and other living leftovers have formed a new ecosystem. These creatures, called foodimals, include cheeseburger spiders and shrimpanzees. Flint’s idol, a famous inventor, secretly plans to use the foodimals for his own gain. The team must stop him without destroying the strange new life forms. They travel through thick forests of broccoli and rivers of soda. With quick thinking and old gadgets, they trap the villain and save the island. Flint learns that even failed experiments deserve a chance to exist.
